Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Ikvala Site Builder (https://bazaar.ikvala.com). By registering an account or accessing the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use Ikvala, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the platform to host, publish, or transmit content that:
- Violates any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Infringes on intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of third parties.
- Distributes malware, phishing links, spam, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or pornographic material.
- Attempts to compromise server security, overload resources, or reverse-engineer the platform code.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.
3. User Ownership & Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all websites, text, graphics, and intellectual property that you create or upload to Ikvala. By using the platform, you grant Ikvala only the limited technical license necessary to host, store, and display your site online.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Renewals
Certain plans and features require a paid subscription. All fees are clearly displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or your selected currency. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via your account dashboard.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% server uptime, Ikvala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, data loss, or third-party disruptions.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
