1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard under Billing & Plans. When you cancel:
- Your account will remain active and fully accessible until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No further automatic renewal charges will occur.
- Your websites will remain published until the end of the paid cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility (7-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all new first-time annual subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Ikvala Site Builder within the first 7 days of your purchase:
- Contact us at support@ikvala.com with your registered email and transaction ID.
- We will process your full refund with no questions asked.
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Monthly recurring subscriptions after 48 hours of billing.
- Third-party custom domain registration fees (once a custom domain is registered with an external registrar, fees cannot be reversed).
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., hosting spam, phishing, or illegal content).
