Data Retention & Deletion Policy

At Ikvala Bazaar, we maintain a clear and transparent policy regarding how long user data is stored, how it is safeguarded, and how you can permanently delete your content.
1. Data Retention Periods

| Cancelled / Expired Subscriptions | 60 days grace period | Preserves your websites so you can reactivate without starting from scratch. |
| Financial & Invoicing Records | 7 years | Compliance with statutory tax and accounting regulations. |
| Server Access & Error Logs | 90 days | System diagnostic, security monitoring, and abuse prevention. |
2. Automated Data Purging
Once a project or account passes the retention window without reactivation, our automated background cleanup processes permanently erase the corresponding databases, uploaded assets, and static files from our production servers.
3. Right to Immediate Deletion (Right to Be Forgotten)
You have the absolute right to request an immediate, irreversible wipe of your account and associated website data. To do so:
- Navigate to your Account Settings in your dashboard and select Delete Account, or
- Send an email to support@ikvala.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address.
Upon receiving your verified request, all personal data, website files, media uploads, and custom domain bindings will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.
4. Data Backups
System backups are retained for up to 30 days for disaster recovery purposes only. Backups are encrypted at rest and automatically rotated.
